Designed to be a flexible system, Loopmaster is capable of high-capacity production of bi-metal blades as well as other blade types. It is capable of producing welded loops of different lengths from the same master coil – without change over.
Using three weld units, the Loop Master can produce 90 loops per hour with a cycle time of 1 minute*.
