The Loop master optimises and automates the cut to length – tooth match – weld process and will also increase accuracy, enhance safety, and reduce the manual labour needed to complete the welded band saw loop.
ALO 177 feed out and measure the band saw to length from the payoff unit and automatically match and cut according to your matching preferences. A loop table shapes the loop so the robot can handle the blade and load it into the welder.
You can trust that the match will be correct in every weld thanks to the match finder system that are unique for ALO 177.
The automation cell can support up to three welders.
