In 2021, ALO Center began an extensive facade upgrade and energy efficiency improvement of its properties.
“The building provides a modern and inviting atmosphere while also contributing to energy-efficient and sustainable development. Everything from the facade, additional insulation and ventilation is reviewed,” says Johan Lithén, Project manager for the rebuilding.
Extensive work has been carried out to install and upgrade to a new and modern ventilation system with high efficiency, which lowers energy consumption at the same time as the system raises the air quality in the premises.
Smart solutions with monitoring of everything from lighting, heating and ventilation will help us reduce our environmental impact and lower our energy consumption.
Johan concludes “The next step in our property upgrade consists of the construction of new offices with modern and ergonomic furnishings as well as an investment in solar cell installation to further strengthen our environmental work.”
