The ALO 123 is a compact, easy-to-operate machine specifically designed to fit U-shaped plastic tooth protection on welded band saw loops. Once the loop is placed in the open fixture—by either an operator or a robot—the machine automatically applies the plastic tooth protection and completes the loop. For an optimized and safe working environment, the ALO 123 Mk is equipped with a protective fence and a light curtain safety system.
